Sanju Samson after winning the POTM( Player Of The Match) said that I should give the POTM trophy to Sandeep Sharma, if he didn’t bowl those 3 overs. I couldn’t have won this trophy. Sandeep Sharma bowled 3 overs and was given just 21 runs and took important wicket of KL Rahul.
After winning the toss Rajasthan Royals elected to bat first. Openers Yashasvi Jaiswal(24) and Jos Buttler(11) got out early. Sanju Samson and Riyan Parag(43) both scored 93 runs for the 3rd wicket. Sanju Samson played a captain innings, wickets are falling on one side. He played his role and scored 82* runs.
