Rachin Ravindra played superbly in his first two matches of IPL. In second match against Gujarat Titans(GT) he scored 46 runs in just 20 balls 4s: 6 and 6s: 3. Got out by stumping in Rashid Khan bowling. In his first match against RCB, he scored 37 runs in just 15 balls in that 3 Four’s and 3 Sixer’s were hit. CSK had got him for 1.8 crores in the auction last December.
Rachin Ravindra the New Zealand allround player proved once again that he is a great player. In the absence of Conway due to injury, Rachin Ravindra got to open the innings with the captain of CSK Ruturaj Gaikwad and played superbly.
He had also taken five important catches in two matches, he didn’t get the chance to bowl, but he may bowl in the upcoming matches.
CSK had won both matches they played. CSK next match is on Sunday against the Delhi Capitals.

Before that RCB had won the toss and scored 173 runs in 20 overs losing 6 wickets. Anuj Rawat(48) and Dinesh Karthik(38) batted superbly. They both scored 95 runs in just 50 balls for the 5th wicket.
However CSK had chased the total comfortably in 18.4 overs by losing only 4 wickets. Shivam Dube(34*) and Ravindra Jadeja(25*).
